The room was exceptionally clean, and we were provided with great WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and those pictures. the location was perfect and exceptionally nice, just 5 minutes walk from Market Ballaro. This hotel was in a downtown area near the bus terminus to the airport and other places.

Superior hotel with very nice modern facilities. Marvellous location close to the central bus/train station, churches, Norman Palace, and main sights. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

I had a very enjoyable experience here, everything was amazing, the location was nice very close to Palermo's historic old town, the central bus/train station, short walk to the city center and the bus terminus to the airport and other places. Palazzo Ajutamicristo was centrally located not very far from the hotel. It also was in a public garden.

The staff are competent, the hotel is deluxe and with excellent location so close to train / tram / bus stations, Palermo by night and the cathedral. The atmosphere of the property is quiet!

This place boasts friendly staff and everything was amazing, plus it's conveniently located within easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to go.

We truly got great value for our money at Blu - Multi Suite. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a stunning balcony offering dual aspect views. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of all the sites and amenities. The staff communicated well and made our stay hassle-free. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The apartment at Palermo Blu - Multi Suite was spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen was convenient and had all the necessary items. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace on the building. The location was handy, close to the train station and public transport connections. The staff, when available, were helpful and friendly.

the brand new, modern, and spacious 1-bedroom apartment at Palermo Blu - Multi Suite exceeded our expectations. The location near the central train station was incredibly convenient for transportation, and the check-in process was easy with helpful instructions from Momo. We also loved the rooftop area for photos. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and drying rack.

No hot tubs available on the rooftop.
